If you bake minced turkey cutlets in gravy, then thanks to it, the cutlets will acquire a completely new taste. In this recipe, you are invited to bake them in tomato sauce. For baking, use a dish with high sides so that the gravy covers the patties completely.

Peel and chop two onions. Peel the carrots and finely chop them. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the onions in it first, then add the grated carrots. Pour flour into the fried vegetables, mix well and fry it for a few minutes.

Then put tomato paste in a skillet, stir and fry for another 5 minutes. Then pour boiled water into this frying, stir so that the gravy does not contain lumps of flour, add salt and sugar and cook the gravy over low heat for 10 minutes.
