Classic turkey cutlets

Classics are always simple, fast and tasty. We take minced meat for cutlets or we twist the turkey meat using any kitchen gadget, and preferably twice. Add eggs, flour and spices to the minced meat to your liking. Fry cutlets in a skillet. You can freeze classic turkey cutlets and make a quick dinner with them.

Transfer the cooked or defrosted minced turkey meat to a container convenient for kneading. Peel the onion, chop finely and transfer to the minced meat. Beat 2 eggs into the minced meat and add any seasoning you like: minced garlic or special seasoning for chicken.

Mix the minced meat well with your hand, beat it off several times and, covering the dishes with a piece of film, leave for 30 minutes to infuse.

Heat the oil well in a skillet. Pour flour for breading cutlets into one bowl, break 2 eggs into the other and mix them with a fork.

Form small neat patties with wet hands from the minced meat. First bread each cutlet in flour, then dip in an egg and place in a preheated frying pan.

Fry the patties on both sides until golden brown. Grill over medium heat and 7-10 minutes on each side. Check the cutlets for readiness by piercing with a knife, the juice should be transparent. Arrange the cooked classic turkey cutlets in portioned plates and serve with any side dish for dinner.
