Steamed turkey cutlets

Steamed turkey cutlets are usually cooked for small children. In this recipe, you are encouraged to cook them in a double boiler. Flavor the cutlets with fresh herbs and onions. If you have frozen turkey meat, then defrost it in warm water, but not in the microwave, so as not to spoil the texture of the meat. The recipe is simple and is considered a classic.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 9
Wash the turkey meat under running water, dry with a napkin and cut into medium pieces, removing the film and cartilage.
step 2 out of 9
Rinse the parsley and chop finely.
step 3 out of 9
Peel the onion and also cut into pieces.
step 4 out of 9
Place the turkey meat in a blender bowl and grind for 1-2 minutes until the meat is smooth. Transfer the resulting minced meat to a bowl.
step 5 out of 9
Then chop the chopped onion in a blender and transfer it to the minced meat.
step 6 out of 9
Add chopped parsley to the minced meat, add salt to your taste and mix everything thoroughly with a spoon until smooth.
step 7 out of 9
Use wet hands to form neat cutlets from the cooked minced meat and place them in a double boiler. If you are cooking for small children, then shape the cutlets in the form of small balls.
step 8 out of 9
Turn on the steamer and set the time to 20 minutes. This is enough for turkey cutlets. After 10 minutes of cooking, turn the cutlets over to the other side to steamed evenly and become juicy. At the end of cooking, remove the lid of the steamer and allow the cutlets to cool down for a while.
step 9 out of 9
Then transfer the cutlets to portioned plates and serve with any side dish and fresh vegetables.

Enjoy cooking!
