Turkey cutlets are usually prepared for baby food, diet food and for PP. Turkey meat is completely fat-free and is dry in itself. In this recipe, you are invited to add zucchini to the minced meat. It will make the cutlets soft, juicy and keep their shape well, and you will get more cutlets. Add herbs and some spices to the cutlets.

First, prepare all the ingredients indicated for cooking the cutlets. Wash the turkey breast and pat dry with a napkin. Rinse greens and chop finely.
