Turkey cutlets with cabbage

This turkey dish with cabbage is a variant of ordinary cabbage rolls, because there may not be rice in the kitchen, and even if the time for cooking dinner is limited. Cabbage makes such cutlets very juicy, only it needs to be chopped in a meat grinder. This is a great budget and tasty option for a family. To improve the taste of the turkey mince, you can add beef or pork, and in this recipe we add bacon.
