Turkey cutlets with potatoes

Many housewives actively use turkey meat for cooking various dishes. Cutlets are especially tasty from it. Grated potatoes and onions make these patties especially juicy and soft. In this recipe, you are invited to stew cutlets in tomato sauce.

The minced turkey (take the minced meat from the thigh to make the cutlets more juicy) transfer to a bowl convenient for kneading.

Peel potatoes, onions and garlic.

Beat an egg into the minced meat and add salt and spices (black pepper and dry dill) to your liking.

Form cutlets from minced meat. Pour flour into a plate and roll in the cutlets with 2 tablespoons, since the minced meat is very sticky.

Heat the oil well in a skillet and place the cutlets on top of it.
