Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and place a dish with cutlets in it for 20 minutes. After this time, reduce the oven temperature to medium, turn the cutlets on the other side and bake them for another 20 minutes. Then pour some boiled water into the mold just to cover the bottom of the cutlets, and keep them in the oven at the same temperature until the water has completely evaporated.
