Turkey cutlets with spinach

You can add spinach to turkey cutlets, which makes the dish healthy, and spinach makes the turkey meat more juicy. Spinach for cutlets is suitable both fresh and frozen. Fry these patties under a heavy grill lid and make great burgers.

First, prepare all the ingredients for making cutlets.

Rinse the turkey meat under running water and wipe dry with a napkin. Then grind the meat in a meat grinder with a fine grid, although you can take ready-made minced meat. Transfer the minced meat to a bowl convenient for kneading.
