Pozharskie chicken cutlets

Pozharskie chicken cutlets are fried in bread crumbs. Thus, all the juiciness is baked inside under a crispy crust.

First you need to prepare breadcrumbs for breading. Cut part of the loaf into small cubes, spread on a baking sheet and dry them in the oven at 150 degrees.

Wash the chicken, separate the chicken fillet from the bones and skin. Grind the meat in a blender or scroll through a meat grinder. Salt the minced meat and season to taste.
