Chicken fillet and zucchini cutlets

Simple, tasty and very satisfying patties can be made with chicken and courgettes. Together with young potatoes and garlic sauce, this meat dish can be the highlight of any dinner party.

Peel the garlic, cut into wedges. Wash the meat, cut into several pieces, then chop it in a blender along with the garlic.

Wash the zucchini and grate on a coarse grater, squeeze out the juice. In a bowl, combine the minced chicken and courgette.

Wash greens, shake off excess liquid, chop finely and add to other ingredients in a bowl, mix. Then beat in two eggs, salt and season to taste.

Preheat a frying pan, pour in some sunflower oil. Spread the minced meat with a tablespoon, forming rounded patties. Fry cutlets on both sides until golden brown over medium heat. Put the finished chicken-squash cutlets on paper towels to get rid of excess oil and then serve.
