Chicken breast cutlets with zucchini

Chicken breast with zucchini is a very tasty and appetizing combination! Food chopped through a meat grinder make the cutlets incredibly tender. Both adults and children are crazy about such a dish! A real delight!

To begin with, we cut off the rind from the zucchini, cut it in two and clean out the seeds. Then grind it in a meat grinder. Peel the onion.
