Chopped chicken cutlets in a pan

Each housewife has her own favorite recipe for chicken cutlets. One of the most delicious is of course chopped fillet. So the chicken taste is clearly felt, and the portions are much larger. A very appetizing and satisfying dish!

We clean the onion and rub it on a coarse grater or with a very finely chopped knife.

Cut the chicken breast in half, cut into slices and chop them into cubes up to 1 cm.

Combine onions, chicken, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil and mustard. Add salt and pepper. Mix everything well, cover with cellophane and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 60 minutes.

After that, take out the minced meat, drive eggs into it, add flour and mix the minced meat.

Grease the pan with oil and put the formed cutlets on it. Fry them until golden brown on both sides for 5 minutes.
