This version of chopped chicken cutlets is more nutritious, as the ingredients include mushrooms and cheese. The meat dish cooks pretty quickly. Here you do not need to pass the bird through a meat grinder, achieving a homogeneous minced meat. At the beginning of the culinary process, we prepare all the ingredients. We wash the chicken breast, remove the skin, film and excess fat, separate the fillet from the bone. Cut the meat into small pieces. We peel the onions from the husks and finely chop the vegetable. With the help of a colander, rinse the mushrooms and, like the rest of the ingredients, finely chop them. Pass the cheese through a coarse grater.

In a deep bowl, mix all the prepared ingredients: mushrooms, chicken, onions and cheese. Add salt and pepper to them to taste and mix all the ingredients. Next, break the egg and add the specified amount of flour, which will help us glue the cutlets. We mix everything.
