Appetizing and juicy cutlets are obtained if you cook them with zucchini and bake them in the oven. The dish is perfect for lunch or dinner, and also goes well with absolutely any side dishes.

Make minced chicken and vegetables. To do this, grate the zucchini and onions, add to the chicken. Then add eggs and salt and pepper, mix well and add semolina. Knead the minced meat thoroughly and leave it for about twenty minutes to remove excess liquid.
