We prepare products for making salad. Rinse the cucumber, dry it, cut off the ends, as they can taste bitter. Rinse and dry the green onion feathers.

We release the crab sticks from the packaging and cut into small cubes. It is recommended to use chilled crab sticks rather than frozen ones, as they are more tender and taste better.

Cut the cucumber into small pieces, commensurate with the pieces of crab sticks.
