Cooking process

First you need to pickle the onions. To do this, peel it from the husk, rinse and cut into thin half rings using a good sharp knife.
step 2 out of 10
Combine water with vinegar, salt and sugar and dip the onion there for fifteen minutes. During this time, you will do most of the preparatory work.

Scald the squid with boiling water, remove the skin and then boil in boiling water for a couple of minutes. Let it cool down.
step 4 out of 10
Cut the cooled squid into thin strips.
step 5 out of 10
Then take the thawed crab sticks and cut them into small slices.
step 6 out of 10
Boil the shrimp quickly in salted boiling water, let it drain and remove any excess.
step 7 out of 10
Cut the egg whites into the same small strips as you cut the squid.
step 8 out of 10
In a salad bowl, combine all the ingredients together, not forgetting to add the already sufficiently marinated onion, as well as chopped salmon and grated parmesan.
step 9 out of 10
Top it all with mayonnaise and stir.
step 10 out of 10
Put the salad in portion tins or salad bowls, then add a layer of mayonnaise, salmon roses and sprinkle each portion of the salad with red caviar.
