Crab salad with corn, sausage and egg

A bright juicy salad that attracts attention and surprises with an unusual combination of flavors. Two ingredients are soloed - sausage and crab sticks. Despite completely different flavors, they go well with each other. Cucumbers, corn, eggs and mayonnaise complement this combination. If you prepare such a salad in advance, then season it with mayonnaise just before serving so that the cucumbers that make up the composition do not release unnecessary juice.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
We release the crab sticks from the packaging. Cut into small cubes. You can also use crab meat instead of crab sticks - the taste is identical.
step 2 out of 7
We wash the cucumber, dry it. Cut off the ends on both sides. If the fruit has a hard skin, then it is better to cut it off, and cut out the coarse seeds. Cut the prepared vegetable into small pieces, similar to crab sticks.
step 3 out of 7
We open the container with corn, discard the grains in a colander and let the liquid drain. Put chopped crab sticks, cucumbers and corn in a salad bowl.
step 4 out of 7
Remove the casing from the sausage. Cut into thin strips or small cubes.
step 5 out of 7
Pour the sausage into a salad bowl. Hard boil the egg, cool, peel and grind. Add to the salad bowl.
step 6 out of 7
Add mayonnaise, adjusting the amount to your liking.
step 7 out of 7
Stir the salad and taste. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Put the finished mixture in a serving salad bowl, sprinkle the surface with chopped green onions and serve.

Bon Appetit!
