Craffin with candied fruit is an unusual, bright and very tasty pastry. The main difference between kraffin and other types of baked goods is the combination of the layered texture of the croissant and the delicate pulp of the muffin. Making candied fruit craffins is easy enough. The result is aromatic baked goods with exquisite taste.

Let's make a dough. The milk must be heated until warm. Next, in a convenient container, we combine the following ingredients - warm milk, yeast and a third of the amount of granulated sugar prescribed according to the recipe (30 g). Add a couple of tablespoons of wheat flour to this, mix everything and put in a warm place so that the yeast will react.

Combine the egg and yolks with the remaining granulated sugar and vanilla sugar. Add a pinch of salt here. Beat everything with a whisk. At the end, add softened butter and stir.

After that, you need to knead the dough, combining wheat flour, dough and egg-sugar mixture. Cover the dough with a towel and put it in a warm place for 60 minutes.

When the dough has approximately doubled, knead it, then divide it into 3 parts.

Each piece of dough must be rolled out into a thin layer. After that, we coat each layer with softened butter. Sprinkle the prepared dough with candied fruits on top.

Next, you need to roll the dough with candied fruits in such a way that you get a tight roll.

After that, we cut the roll lengthwise into two parts, without cutting about 1.5-2 cm to the end.

We take one end and begin to twist the divided dough in the shape of a snail.

Place the craffins in baking dishes (you can use paper ones). We leave the future baked goods in a warm place for 60 minutes. After half an hour, you can turn on the oven to warm up, while setting the temperature to 180 degrees.
