Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 10
The water should be heated to a warm state, but not boiled. Put yeast and granulated sugar in warm water. Mix everything until smooth and leave for a while so that the yeast reacts. The dough is ready.
step 2 out of 10
Sift wheat flour into a deep container. Then pour in the dough and melted butter (50 g) to it. Knead the dough until it sticks to your palms. After that, the finished dough must be transferred to a suitable container, covered with a towel and left for 50-60 minutes.
step 3 out of 10
Divide the enlarged dough into 6 parts. Roll each part into a ball. Then we put the dough in a container with a lid and leave for 10 minutes. This is necessary so that the dough does not break during the subsequent rolling out.
step 4 out of 10
Roll out each part of the dough into a thin oval layer.
step 5 out of 10
Lubricate the surface of each layer with softened butter (125 g). After that, roll the dough into a tight roll. At the end, roll the roll a little so that it lengthens. Place the dough in a container with a lid again and leave it that way for 10 minutes.
step 6 out of 10
Cut the dough rolls lengthwise into two parts. We fold each part in the form of a snail and put it in a baking dish.
step 7 out of 10
In total, we get 12 small craffins. We cover the future baked goods with cling film and leave for 60 minutes. After half of the allotted time, turn on the oven to warm up to a temperature of 210 degrees.
step 8 out of 10
Place the craffins in a hot oven for 20 minutes. We take out the finished baked goods from the oven, cool and then remove from the mold.
step 9 out of 10
After that, using a pastry bag with a thin and long nozzle, pierce each craffin and fill it with jam.
step 10 out of 10
When serving, sprinkle the baked goods with powdered sugar. Filled craffins are delicious both warm and cold.

Enjoy your tea!
