The main principle in grilling red fish is not to spoil its pleasant natural taste. For pre-marinating, we use traditional Mediterranean ingredients: olive oil, coarse salt and a mixture of ground peppers. This set is enough to bring out the best side of the red fish.

This method can be used to cook any red fish: salmon, salmon, pink salmon, etc. We clean the fish from scales, remove the entrails, head and fins. We wash the carcass and dry it with a paper towel. We leave the fish to marinate for half an hour.
