Red fish in foil on the grill

Red fish baked in foil on the grill is a real delicacy. What is important, for the preparation of such a fish it will not take a long time to bother and spend a lot of time. The whole preparation process is reduced to cutting the fish into the "right" pieces, sprinkling with salt, spices and wrapping it in foil. Then put the fish on the wire rack and cook for a few minutes on each side. Everything can be served on the table.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
We clean the fish from the scales, remove the insides, cut off the head and fins. We wash the carcass with cool water and dry it with a paper towel. Cut into transverse steaks with a thickness of two and a half to three centimeters. Cut off pieces of foil for each steak. Put the fish on the foil immediately.
step 2 out of 5
Sprinkle each steak with salt and a fish spice mixture and use your hands to distribute the topping evenly on all sides. If you have pink salmon, char or any other low-fat red fish, then at this stage you can pour olive oil over it for added juiciness.
step 3 out of 5
We wash the lemon, dry it and cut it into thin circles. Place a couple of lemon circles on each steak. Wrap the prepared steaks in foil. You can leave the fish in this position to marinate for half an hour, or you can immediately start cooking.
step 4 out of 5
We place the fish in foil on the wire rack and send it to the grill with smoldering coals. We bake until tender for about five to seven minutes on each side.
step 5 out of 5
Remove the finished fish from the wire rack, put it on a plate and serve hot directly in foil. Additionally, you can serve greens and fresh vegetables.
Bon Appetit!
