Red fish marinated on the grill

As an alternative to a meat kebab on a picnic, there will be red fish baked on the grill. It needs to be cooked properly to get fried, juicy and not overdried. For this delicacy, fish from the salmon or sturgeon family is best suited, since it is not only tasty, but also retains its shape well when baked. Marinate fish in pomegranate juice with lemon.

Rinse the salmon fillet with cold water and remove excess moisture with a towel. Then cut it into pieces no more than 5 cm thick.

Light the coals in the grill before you start frying. Warm up the grill and grease with vegetable oil. Cut onions and tomatoes into rings.
