Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
We shift the red currant berries into a suitable container and fill them with water. We remove all the debris that should have floated to the surface. Then we load the currants in a colander in small portions and rinse under running water. We spread the berries on a paper towel and let them dry completely. Do not forget to remove all the branches.

Now we transfer the red currants to the blender bowl and add granulated sugar to it to taste.

We punch everything with a hand blender until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Then you can pass everything through a sieve so that the workpiece is pitted, but this is not necessary.
