The currants are mixed with granulated sugar, crushed with a blender and oranges passed through a meat grinder are added to it. Everything is mixed well and left for an hour. The finished delicacy is laid out in jars and stored in the refrigerator.

First, we sort out the berries and get rid of the debris with twigs. Then we rinse them several times under running water and let dry on a paper towel. With this method of preparation, it is best to rinse the berries and citrus fruits more thoroughly than usual, since heat treatment is not required here.
We thoroughly rinse and sterilize the cans in a convenient way. We spread the berry-citrus mass on them and sprinkle everything on top with a small amount of sugar. Close the lids tightly and store in the refrigerator. We take out a delicious treat in winter and serve it to the table with hot tea or coffee.
