The currants are rubbed through a fine sieve. Gelatin dissolves in water, after which it is mixed with part of the juice from the currants and cooked for a couple of minutes until dissolved. It is poured to the berries, everything is mixed, laid out in jars and placed in the refrigerator.
Ingredients
Cooking process
Soak gelatin in cold water for 10 minutes. Then we drain off all the excess liquid and add about 100-150 grams to it. currant juice, which was released during grinding through a sieve. We put the container on a small fire, bring to a boil and cook, stirring constantly, until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
We sterilize the jars in a convenient way and lay the currants with gelatin on them. We roll up everything with lids and let it stand until it cools completely. Then we send it to the refrigerator for storage, where the mass hardens and turns into jelly. We take it out in winter and enjoy a delicious, healthy dessert. Bon Appetit!
