A friend once shared a recipe for an incredibly tasty and delicate cream. Now I use this recipe all the time and today I want to share it with you. A cream cheese based on curd cheese, cream and powdered sugar has an incredible texture that gives desserts a breathtaking taste.

Put the curd cheese in the required amount in a deep container.

Then add the required amount of icing sugar and mix well using a silicone spatula.

Pour chilled cream of good quality and high fat content into a deep container or bowl of a stand mixer.

Using a mixer, whip the cream until fluffy and fluffy.

Then gradually add the resulting mass of cream to the mass of curd cheese and powdered sugar and, using a mixer, mix the ingredients until smooth at low speed.
