Cream for a sponge cake made from sour cream and boiled condensed milk

Today I want to share a recipe for an interesting, in my opinion, and not quite ordinary cream for a biscuit cake, prepared on the basis of sour cream and boiled condensed milk. This cream has an incredible taste and an extraordinary combination of ingredients. I believe that you can just eat it with a spoon.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
First of all, prepare all the required ingredients.
step 2 out of 5
Wash the prunes and dry them on paper towels. Then cut into small pieces.
step 3 out of 5
Put the required amount of cottage cheese and granulated sugar in a deep container. Using a mixer, beat the mixture thoroughly until smooth.
step 4 out of 5
Then add chopped prunes, the required amount of sour cream and condensed milk, previously boiled. Condensed milk can be boiled on your own or you can use ready-made boiled condensed milk, which can be found in any store.
step 5 out of 5
Using the same mixer, beat the mass thoroughly until smooth. Place the finished cream in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes so that it infuses and thickens a little. Use cream of sour cream and boiled condensed milk to soak a biscuit cake.

Enjoy your tea!
