It is with great pleasure that I want to share my favorite cream, which I often use when making cakes and various desserts. The cream turns out to be a thick consistency, perfectly keeps its shape and is great for both biscuit and shortcake cakes.

Put the required amount of curd cheese in a deep container, and then add the previously measured amount of powdered sugar.

Using a mixer, beat the mixture until smooth and fluffy at low speed, gradually increasing the speed.

Pour the required amount of cream into a deep container, and then, using a mixer, beat until smooth and fluffy at medium speed, gradually increasing the speed.

When both masses are well beaten, you can start preparing the cream. Gradually add the whipped cream to the whipped curd mass and use a silicone spatula to carefully combine both mixtures.

Tighten the prepared cream of cream, curd cheese and powdered sugar with cling film and place in the refrigerator to stabilize for about one hour. Then use the prepared cream as directed.
