It is with great pleasure that I would like to recommend a cake cream made on the basis of sour cream, cottage cheese and butter. The incredibly tasty cream keeps its shape remarkably, and can also be used not only as a layer of desserts, but also as an independent treat.

Put the pre-softened butter in the required amount in a deep container.
