Pour the chilled 20% cream into a blender glass.

Using a mixer, beat the cream thoroughly until an airy, homogeneous consistency.

Put the curd cheese in a deep container, using a mixer, beat until a smooth airy consistency, gradually adding powdered sugar and increasing the speed, bring to a homogeneous state.

Gradually add the whipped mass of curd cheese and powdered sugar into the pre-whipped cream and, using a silicone spatula, stir thoroughly from bottom to top until smooth.
Then tighten the cream with cling film and place for about 1 hour in the refrigerator to stabilize and cool. Then use the cream as directed.
