If you want to make a delicious thick sour cream cream, I wholeheartedly recommend using the easy-to-make recipe for weighed sour cream cream. This cream is suitable for the preparation of any desserts, as well as cakes. I almost always use this cream if I have free time.

First of all, measure out the required amount of sour cream, store or village. Prepare cheesecloth, bandage, or a clean, dry kitchen towel. Cover a colander or sieve with the prepared gauze, folded in several layers, and then put a measured amount of sour cream in it.

Tie the ends of the gauze tightly, and between them insert a rolling pin so that the gauze with sour cream hangs down, and the serum drains.

Then move the rolling pin with gauze into a deep saucepan so that the gauze does not touch the bottom of the dish. Place the prepared structure in the refrigerator overnight.
