If you're having trouble leveling baked goods when making your favorite cakes and desserts, then this recipe is definitely for you. I want to share the simplest and most successful, in my opinion, recipe for cream of curd cheese for leveling cakes.

First, prepare all the ingredients you need.

Remove the butter from the refrigerator so that it has time to defrost and warm up at room temperature. Measure out the required amount of powdered sugar. Add vanilla sugar to taste.

Pour the required amount of icing sugar into a deep container, and then add softened good quality butter.

Using a mixer, beat the butter until a fluffy airy consistency, at low speed, gradually increasing the speed.

Put the required amount of curd cheese in another deep container and, using a mixer, beat until fluffy.

Gradually add the whipped curd cheese to the whipped butter and continue whisking with a mixer at medium speed.

Then add cinnamon if desired and beat well again with a mixer.

Place the prepared cream of curd cheese to flatten the cake in the refrigerator to stabilize and cool completely. This will take about an hour and a half. Use the finished chilled cream to flatten cakes or to decorate other desserts. I usually decorate cupcakes or muffins with this cream.
