Put it in a deep container, add the required amount of powdered sugar and, using a mixer, beat thoroughly until smooth and fluffy. Adjust the amount of powdered sugar yourself, depending on your own taste preferences.

In another deep container, beat the required amount of cream cheese, beat until the mass increases several times.

Then gradually add whipped sour cream with powdered sugar to the whipped mass of curd cheese and mix the cream thoroughly until a homogeneous smooth consistency using a mixer or a silicone spatula.
