I often cook all kinds of homemade cakes, and also experiment with different creams that I use to sandwich cakes or decorate my favorite desserts. Today I want to share an unusually successful, in my opinion, recipe for sour cream with sugar. I often use this cream to soak my favorite pastries.

Pour the required amount of heavy cream into a deep container and add good quality butter, previously softened at room temperature.

Then add the coconut flakes. Place the container over medium heat, and stirring constantly, bring to a homogeneous consistency.

Put the required amount of fat sour cream and granulated sugar in a deep container.

Then pour in the melted liquid.

Then, using a mixer, at medium speed, bring the cream to a uniform smooth consistency. Add vanilla sugar or vanillin to taste and thickener. Stir the cream until smooth, gradually increasing the speed of the mixer.

Then place the cream in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour so that it stabilizes and cools.
