Here we cook croissants on ready-made yeast-free puff pastry, it's easier and faster and the taste of the dessert does not suffer much. We shape the crussans in a different way than traditional ones.

First, prepare the curd filling for the croissants. Pour the raisins with boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Then rinse it and dry it with a napkin. Put the cottage cheese in a separate bowl and mash it a little with a fork. Add the required amount of sugar, sour cream, vanilla sugar to the curd. Add the raisins and beat in one egg. Then mix everything well.
