With this simple recipe, you can bake crunchy puff croissants with cheese. We take the dough for them not purchased, but prepared by ourselves. Let's knead it with kefir and dry yeast.

Pour the kefir heated in the microwave into the bowl for kneading the dough. Pour the required amount of salt and sugar on it, break the eggs and add vegetable oil. Whisk these ingredients well.

Pour flour into another dish through a sieve and mix it with dry yeast. Then pour the dry mixture into the kefir mass and mix them with a spatula.
