Wings in soy sauce with garlic in a pan

No less tasty than in the oven, chicken wings are obtained in a frying pan. We marinate the wings in soy sauce with garlic, because it is the soy sauce that emphasizes the taste of chicken meat well. Use a broiler wing for this dish, as it has more meat and the wings will be juicier.
