For Easter, I want to cook as many delicious, aromatic sweets as possible! Cakes made from curd dough are very soft and appetizing. If desired, you can add dried fruits, raisins or almond petals to it. Tea drinking with such a delicacy will be simply delicious!

To prepare the dough, heat the milk and dissolve the yeast in it, mix the mass with flour and sugar. Cover it with a towel and leave it to brew for 40 minutes in a warm place.

Now add the remaining warm milk, cottage cheese, butter, eggs, sugar, as well as vanilla sugar and salt to the finished dough.

Mix the finished mass with a mixer until smooth.

We introduce flour gradually and knead the dough.

We form a ball out of the dough, grease it with olive oil, cover it with a damp towel on top and put it back in a warm place for 1.5 hours.

Divide the dough into 3 parts, two larger and one smaller. Leave the dough for another 10 minutes. relax.
