Festive cake is a delicious and aromatic pastry. This recipe for making Easter cake is distinguished by its simplicity and availability of all ingredients. The lack of intricacies in the preparation of this pastry allows even a novice cook to cope with it. Kefir cake turns out to be simply incomparable!

Put kefir and sour cream at room temperature in a deep container. We mix these components.

Add granulated sugar (50 g) and yeast to the mixture.

Then pour wheat flour (100 g) into the working container.

Mix everything and place the dough in a warm place for about 40 minutes.

Drive two chicken eggs and the yolk from the third egg into a separate container. The remaining protein will be used in the preparation of the frosting. We turn on the oven and heat it up to a temperature of 45 degrees.

Next, add the remaining amount of granulated sugar to the eggs and beat the ingredients until a frothy mass is formed.

The next step is to combine the prepared dough, egg-sugar mixture, softened butter and salt in a large saucepan.

Gradually we begin to introduce wheat flour into the working container. We knead the dough with our hands, previously greased with vegetable oil.

Rinse the raisins and pour boiling water over them to soften.

Next, dry the prepared raisins with a paper towel and then roll them in flour. After that, mix the filling into the dough.

Grease a suitable container with vegetable oil and place the dough with raisins in it.

The dough must be covered with cling film and placed in a warm oven for 1.5 hours.

After insisting, knead the finished dough with your hands and then distribute it into paper forms.
