The cake on sour cream turns out to be moist, juicy, soft. It has a pleasant creamy finish. It is advisable to use raisins and other candied fruits in such traditional Easter baked goods.

Scald the raisins with candied fruits with boiling water. Sift flour separately twice. Put all the ingredients in the bowl of the bread maker. Pour salt on one side, sugar on the other. Pour yeast into the center in the hole.
