The leavened cake without eggs does not harm the digestion and is suitable for a vegetarian diet. This recipe will come in handy for Easter and should work out great even the first time. Be sure to take this recipe into your arsenal!

Prepare all the ingredients for making the cake and put it on the table. Peel and mash banana, combine with dough, water, flour. Add water, salt and sugar, and remember to wash and soak the raisins.

Gradually sift the flour into the mixture and knead the dough. When the dough is ready, stir in the dried soaked raisins.

Leave the dough in a bowl for proofing in a warm place. Cover it with cling film or a towel and then leave it for five hours. The higher the room temperature, the faster the dough will rise. Therefore, control the rise of the test by eye.
