First you need to prepare a dough for the dough. Pour the warmed milk into a separate bowl and crush the yeast into it, mix everything and place in a warm place for 1–1.5 hours. During this time, the dough should rise twice and then settle.

Put the yolks in a separate bowl, add the required amount of sugar and whisk them until white. You can add the crushed zest of one lemon to the crushed yolks. Pour the yolks to the finished dough, and mix everything well.

Melt the ghee in the microwave. But it is advisable to prepare it in advance. To do this, put it in a saucepan with a thick bottom and cook over low heat for 30 minutes, removing the foam from the surface. This oil will give the cake a different taste.

Pour the ghee into the dough. Add flour, sifted on a sieve, salt and knead the dough with your hands. Knead the dough until it sticks to your palms. Cover the dough with a napkin and leave in a warm place to fit. Knead the dough twice.

Then add the washed raisins, candied fruit and vanilla sugar to the dough and stir again. Rinse the raisins for even distribution in the dough, dry with a napkin and sprinkle with a little flour.
