On Easter, Easter cakes are baked by many housewives and even those who do not know how to cook them. Even following all the rules, the baking may not turn out very successful: either the dough did not rise well, or it was not baked and the cake remained wet. But if you have a bread maker, then the cake will always work and with a minimum of effort, only everything must be done, as in the instructions for your HB model. We bake Easter cake with poppy and raisins added to the dough, but it is possible without it.

If you add raisins to the dough, soak them for 15 minutes in hot water, then rinse and dry with a napkin. Pour the poppy with hot water for 10 minutes, and then fold it on a sieve covered with a piece of gauze.

Heat the required amount of milk in a separate saucepan and melt a lump of butter in it.

In a bowl, mix the eggs well with the sugar and vanilla sugar.

Prepare your bread maker for use. Sift wheat flour on a sieve and pour into a bucket of HP. Pour the required amount of dry yeast and salt on top of the flour.

Place the bucket of food in the bread maker and close the lid. Pour the prepared raisins into the dispenser first. Then turn on the type of baked goods: "muffin" or "raisin bread", baking crust - medium. The HP time will be set automatically. Then turn on the Start button. During this time, HP will even out the temperature of the ingredients, make the first kneading, raising the dough, then make the second kneading, ripening the dough, then mix it with fillers (raisins and poppy seeds) and then bake the cake.
