Every housewife wants to cook an unusually tasty and beautiful Easter cake, but this takes time and patience. The multicooker will perfectly help you in this work. It bakes the bottom and sides of the cake well, leaving the top light, but this is not critical, because the cake will be covered on top with a beautiful “cap” of glaze. In this recipe, knead the dough in a sponge way and add poppy seeds to it, and you can put raisins or candied fruits to your liking.
Ingredients
Cooking process
First of all, measure out the amount of ingredients indicated in the recipe, because this is important for good baking. Then pour a little warmed milk into a bowl for kneading dough, add yeast to it, 4 tbsp. tablespoons of flour and 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar. Mix everything well with a whisk. This will be a dough for the test. Cover it with a napkin and leave it warm for 30 minutes.
Then, sprinkle the dough with a little flour, knead it with your hands for a short time so that it stops sticking to your palms, roll it into a bun and put it back in a multi-bowl. We turn on the “Multipovar” program at 35 ° C and 35 minutes, or “Warm up” for 30 minutes. This time is needed for the second rise of the dough. You can open the lid and watch the dough rise. It should rise to half the multi-bowl.
Delicious and successful festive baking!
