Kulich in the Midea bread maker

Homemade Easter cakes cannot be compared with store-bought ones. Making these baked goods takes time, effort and skill. But you can make this process easier if you have a bread maker. It is important to follow the sequence of laying the products and their proportions so that the cake is of the right size, with a loose texture and "correct" crust. All steps and quantities of ingredients for the Midea Bread Maker are indicated in this recipe.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 4
We divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Beat the whites until soft peaks with a whisk or using a mixer. Mix the yolks with granulated sugar and beat until the sugar crystals dissolve.
step 2 out of 4
We put the ingredients in the bowl of the bread maker in a certain sequence. First, pour in milk, preheated to a temperature of 50 degrees. Add softened butter, whipped yolks and whipped whites. Then pour salt, vanillin, sifted flour, yeast on top.
step 3 out of 4
Place the bowl in the bread maker. We select the "French bread" mode. Rinse the raisins, dry them and pour them into the dispenser. Alternatively, it can be poured into the dough after the first beep of the appliance.
step 4 out of 4
After the expiration of the mode, we open the bread maker, carefully remove the finished cake. Let the product cool down. If desired, the cake can be coated with any icing or simply sprinkled with icing sugar.

Bon Appetit!
