I just love kitchen appliances that allow you to minimize the cost of human labor and at the same time cook something delicious. Today I want to share a recipe for an Easter cake cooked in a bread maker.

Prepare the necessary ingredients in advance for a flavorful and tasty Easter cake. All foods should be at room temperature. Therefore, remove foods that are stored in the refrigerator a few hours before cooking so that they have time to warm up.

First pour the liquid ingredients into the bowl of the bread maker: chicken eggs and milk. Then add softened butter, granulated sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, sifted premium wheat flour, turmeric, ground cinnamon and nutmeg. Add dry yeast last. Rinse and dry the raisins and candied fruits.

Insert the bowl of the bread maker into the device. Select the mode "Sweet bread", the volume of the cake is 1 kilogram, the crust is medium. Close the lid of the bread machine, set the time on the panel - 3 hours 09 minutes. Click Start. After half an hour, open the lid of the appliance, add the raisins and candied fruits to the dough that has come up. Close the lid and wait for the end of the program.

Whisk the egg white, icing sugar and lemon juice until smooth. After the beep, turn off the device and carefully remove the cake. Cool it on a wire rack. Cover the top of the puffed cake with protein glaze, sprinkle with confectionery sprinkling on top, if desired, let the glaze completely freeze and serve.

The recipe is just great !!! I have no words to describe it, for the first time I ran into such a successful recipe, and this despite the fact that I did not have turmeric or nuts, but only RAISINS, even without vanilla sugar ... The cake just melts in my mouth, the most tender .... I can imagine what it would be like if I put all the ingredients ... Even without them, cake without any complaints.I put in a little more flour than in the recipe, about 450 grams and less instant yeast, since I didn't have any more, about 2 tsp. The glaze was made according to a different recipe, since there was no powdered sugar, only sugar. In general, it got better than I could have imagined ... Thank you !!!!
