Pour the liquid ingredients into the bowl of the bread machine: chicken eggs, chicken yolk, milk, butter previously melted in a water bath. Then lay out the cottage cheese - choose not too dry, it is best to take fatty homemade cottage cheese. Then add granulated sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, premium wheat flour. Add dry yeast last.
Prepare the protein glaze 10-15 minutes before the end of cooking. Pour the chicken protein into a deep bowl, add a teaspoon of lemon juice, start whisking at medium speed of the mixer, gradually adding the powdered sugar and increasing the speed of the mixer. The protein mass will noticeably increase and turn white. You can also use granulated sugar.
