Easter cake in a multicooker Polaris

I propose to cook an Easter cake in a slow cooker. The texture of the dough is aromatic and delicate. Festive cake can be decorated according to your preferences and desires. I used nuts, candied fruits, mandarin slices and dried cranberries for decoration.

Pour milk preheated to a warm state into a small bowl, add fresh yeast, a tablespoon of granulated sugar. Mix thoroughly until the yeast is completely dissolved.
step 2 out of 18
Break the chicken eggs into a deep bowl and add granulated sugar. Stir until smooth using a mixer or whisk.
step 3 out of 18
Add a few tablespoons of pre-sifted wheat flour to the yeast mass. Stir well, tighten with cling film and leave in a warm place for about 30-35 minutes.

Sort out the raisins, rinse and dry. Rinse and dry candied fruits.
step 5 out of 18
Transfer the dried raisins to a small bowl and sprinkle with a little wheat flour.
step 6 out of 18
Add the egg mass, softened butter, sour cream, salt and vanilla sugar to the matched brew. Stir well until smooth.
step 7 out of 18
Sift the remaining amount of wheat flour and send it to the container with the rest of the ingredients. Mix the dough thoroughly.
step 8 out of 18
Put the resulting dough in a container, having previously greased with a small amount of vegetable oil, and tighten with cling film. The capacity should be several times larger, as the dough will grow well in size. Leave in a warm place for about an hour.
step 9 out of 18
During this time, the dough will increase in volume well.
step 10 out of 18
Put the raisins and candied fruits in the dough that has come up. Stir in the dough thoroughly.
step 11 out of 18
Divide the dough and fill 1/3 of the paper forms. Put a stand for hot in the multicooker bowl, place molds with dough on top.
step 12 out of 18
Close the lid of the device and set the "Heating" mode for 20-25 minutes. Then turn on the "Baking" program, cooking time - 1 hour 35 minutes.
step 13 out of 18
After the beep, turn off the device and leave the cakes with the lid closed for 20 minutes. Check the readiness of the cake with a wooden skewer and carefully remove it from the multicooker. Cool by turning on its side.
step 14 out of 18
Cover the tops of the cakes with apricot jam.
step 15 out of 18
Top with candied fruits, cranberries, nuts and tangerine wedges.
step 16 out of 18
Pour gelatin with a little water and let it swell.
step 17 out of 18
Put a tablespoon of granulated sugar and honey in a small saucepan, add two tablespoons of drinking water. Put on low heat, stir occasionally until honey and granulated sugar are completely dissolved. Remove from heat, cool slightly. Add the swollen gelatin and mix well until the gelatin crystals are completely dissolved.
step 18 out of 18
Spread the resulting mass on the decorated top of the cakes, let it set and serve.
