Easter cake in a multicooker in paper form

I strongly recommend preparing delicious and aromatic cakes in paper form in a slow cooker. For baking, you can use special paper forms for Easter cakes or paper cups.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 9
Pour milk preheated to a warm state into a large bowl, add dry yeast, the required amount of granulated sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, pour in vegetable oil and add softened butter. Mix well.
step 2 out of 9
Break the chicken eggs into the resulting mass and add a few tablespoons of pre-sifted wheat flour. Stir well, tighten with cling film and leave in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Dough during this time will rise well and increase. Sift the remaining amount of wheat flour and send it to the container with the rest of the ingredients.
step 3 out of 9
Knead the dough thoroughly. Leave in a warm place for about an hour. Sort out the raisins, rinse and dry. Place the dough on a clean work surface. Top with clean and dry raisins. Stir in the dough thoroughly.
step 4 out of 9
Transfer the dough to the multicooker bowl greased in advance. Close the lid of the appliance and set the "Heating" mode for 20 minutes. Then carefully remove the matched dough and divide it into pieces.
step 5 out of 9
Grease paper cups with vegetable oil and fill 2/3 of the height with dough.
step 6 out of 9
Grease the top of the cakes with whipped yolk and place the paper cups in the multicooker bowl. Close the instrument cover. Then switch on the Baking program, set the cooking time to 40 minutes.
step 7 out of 9
Gently remove the finished cakes from the multicooker, cool completely, carefully remove the paper cups. Prepare the icing. I usually use protein glaze. Put the chicken protein into a deep container and beat with a mixer on medium speed, gradually add the powdered sugar and increase the speed.
step 8 out of 9
Decorate the cooled Easter cakes with icing.
step 9 out of 9
Sprinkle on top with decorative elements of your choice, let the glaze completely harden and serve.

Bon Appetit!
