Chicken with zucchini in the oven is both hearty and light dish. The whole secret of its lightness lies in the fact that chicken meat and zucchini are quickly digestible. Due to the fact that the vegetables are laid out on top, the chicken fillet does not dry out at all under the influence of vegetable juice and turns out to be very tender and juicy.

The chicken fillet must be cut into thin slices, and then beaten off well. Rinse the zucchini and cut into thin rings. We do the same procedure with the onion.

In a separate container, mix spices, salt, garlic and mayonnaise passed through a press.

The form in which we will bake our dish must be greased with vegetable oil, then we spread a layer of chicken, greased with just made sauce, put chopped onion on top, then zucchini. We grease everything with the rest of the mayonnaise sauce. We send the form to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for fifteen minutes.
